Your phone is ringing.
Vyntara is an AI receptionist that answers your business line in your company's name. It books the job, takes the details, and texts you a summary, using only the prices and rules you set.

The calls you miss are the ones that pay.
When a caller reaches voicemail, nothing stops them from dialing the next business on the list. Vyntara picks up instead.
- 01Your hands are full on a job.
- 02It's after hours, a weekend, or a holiday.
- 03Three people call at once.
- 04The front desk is at lunch.
Every call follows your rules, not the AI's.
- 01
It rings
Forward your existing number, or use a new local one. Day, night, or weekend.
- 02
It answers as you
Your business name and your greeting. It says up front that it's an AI.
- 03
It sticks to your list
Your services, hours, service area, and prices. Anything off the list becomes a callback.
- 04
You get the summary
Who called, what they need, and what was booked, by text or email.
Callers can ask. It won't make things up.
No invented prices, no discounts you didn't approve, no promises you can't keep. It quotes from your price list and hands the rest to you.
If I book tonight, can you knock 20% off?
I can't offer discounts, but I can get you on Tuesday at 8 and pass your request to the owner.
Fine. Tuesday works.

After every call, you know exactly what happened.
A text or email lands seconds after the caller hangs up. Your dashboard keeps every call with the summary, transcript, recording, and any booking.

What is a missed call worth to you?
Put in your own numbers. If the answer is more than $397 a month, Vyntara is worth a look.
An estimate from the numbers you enter, not a promised result. Uses 4.33 weeks per month.
Questions owners ask first.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Vyntara introduces itself as your business's AI assistant at the start of every call, and it answers honestly if anyone asks. We think that's the right thing to do, and some states require it.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. Most businesses forward their existing number to Vyntara: always, after hours, or only when you don't pick up. You can also get a new local number from us.
What happens with emergencies?
You set the rules. For example: a burst pipe or no heat gets transferred to your on-call number right away, and anything life-threatening is told to hang up and call 911. Live transfer is included on Professional and Business.
Will it make up prices or promise things I can't deliver?
No. Vyntara only quotes prices you've entered, exactly as written. It won't offer discounts, guarantees, or arrival times you haven't approved. Anything outside your list becomes a callback request for you.
How long does setup take?
You answer a short set of questions about your services, hours, prices, and rules, or we pull a first draft from your website. You review the script, approve it, and forward your number. We aim to have you live within one business day of approval.
Where do bookings go?
Appointments can be booked into Cal.com or GoHighLevel calendars, and contacts can sync to HubSpot or GoHighLevel. Every call also appears in your Vyntara dashboard and arrives as a text or email summary.
Are calls recorded?
Only if you turn recording on. When it's on, callers hear a recording notice at the start of the call. Recording laws vary by state, so you decide what fits your business.
Do you work with medical or dental offices?
Not yet. Healthcare calls can include protected health information, and we won't take that on until every part of our system is covered by the right agreements.
