What counts as a minute?
Time your receptionist spends on a call, rounded up to the next minute per call. Minutes reset every billing month and don't roll over.
What if I go over my minutes?
Your receptionist keeps answering. Extra minutes are $0.25 each and appear on your next invoice. We email you at 80% of your included minutes, so you can upgrade first if that's cheaper.
How does the free trial work?
Each new business gets one 7-day trial with up to 50 minutes. We collect a card at signup. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're not charged. If you don't, your plan starts and bills monthly.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, online, anytime. Upgrades take effect right away, prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing month. There's no contract.
Are there setup fees or phone charges?
No setup fee. Your plan includes the phone numbers listed for it, and calls within your minutes cost nothing extra.
