SMS Terms
These terms apply to text messages sent by Vyntara, operated by FifthBoston Holdings.
Messages we send
- Account alerts for Vyntara customers. Call summaries, new bookings, urgent-call alerts, and account notices sent to the business owner or staff numbers a customer adds in their account.
- Appointment messages for callers. When a caller asks during a call to receive a text, such as an appointment confirmation, we send it on behalf of the business they called.
We do not send marketing text messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies with call activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@vyntara.io or by mail at PO Box 117, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
