Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FifthBoston Holdings ("Vyntara," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, use the Vyntara service as a customer, or call a business that uses Vyntara.
Our two roles
For our website visitors and our business customers, we decide how information is used. For people who call a business that uses Vyntara, we process call information on behalf of that business, following its instructions. If you called a business and have a question about your information, you can contact that business, or contact us and we will help direct your request.
Information we collect
Website visitors
- Information you submit in forms, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, website, and message.
- Basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, and a one-way hash of your IP address used to prevent spam and abuse.
- Campaign information in links you follow, such as UTM parameters, and the page that referred you.
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and your account. We do not use advertising cookies or sell visitor information.
Business customers
- Account details, such as name, email, business name, and team members.
- Billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Your receptionist configuration: services, prices, hours, rules, and staff contact details.
- Records of your use of the Service and your communications with us.
Callers
- Phone number and call details, such as time and duration.
- What the caller says on the call, processed as audio and text, and anything they choose to share, such as name, address, email, and reason for calling.
- Call recordings, if the business has turned recording on. Callers are told at the start of the call when it may be recorded.
- Transcripts, summaries, and booking details created from the call.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: answer calls, book appointments, transfer calls, and send summaries to the business.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To bill customers and prevent fraud, abuse, and spam.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the Service, including troubleshooting calls.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not use call content to train our own AI models. Call audio and text are processed by AI and speech providers as part of providing the Service, under their terms.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With the business a caller called, which receives the call data.
- With service providers that help us run the Service (listed below), under contracts that limit how they use it.
- With integrations a business connects, such as its calendar or CRM.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.
- In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
